About Bruce
Bruce Weatherly earned his master’s degree in psychology from the New School for Social Research, NYC, NY. He has been a licensed psychologist in private practice for 36 years. He served in the Member Care department of Reach Global, the international missionary outreach of the Evangelical Free Church of America, as Pastor to Missionaries in Asia between 2004–2012.
He has owned and directed Safe Harbor Christian Counseling of Mid-Pennsylvania since returning to the States in 2012. Bruce is a ruling elder in Second City Church, Harrisburg, PA. Second City Church is part of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Bruce is the blessed husband of Donna. He has three beloved adult children and their spouses, and six cherished grandchildren.
